Almost every emergency call we run started as something small and cheap: a weak capacitor, a slow drain, refrigerant a little low. A tune-up is simply the visit where we catch those before they take the system down on the hottest afternoon of the year.
What Is Included in the $59 Tune-Up
Full multi-point inspection: the electrical, the refrigerant charge, the airflow and the controls.
Coil and drain check: the two things that quietly cause the most water damage here.
Performance readings: taken and shown to you, not just ticked off a sheet.
An honest verdict: if the system is healthy we tell you so and leave it alone.
Two Visits a Year, on a Plan
The bi-annual maintenance plan is $169 and covers two visits a year, with a written report after each one, so you have a record of how the system is trending rather than a memory of what someone said last summer.
While We Are There: Duct Cleaning
There is currently $100 off duct cleaning. In a humid climate with this much pollen and pasture dust in the air, ducts collect more than you would think, and cleaning them is one of the few comfort upgrades you can actually feel the same day.

Do you charge for a service call?
Yes. A $79 service call covers a licensed technician coming out and diagnosing the real fault, and it comes off your bill when we complete the repair. You get the price before any work starts.
How soon can someone get here?
Same-day service is available, subject to availability. We answer 8am to 6pm, 7 days a week, so a weekend breakdown does not have to wait until Monday.
Do you cover my part of Marion County?
Yes. We serve Ocala, Belleview, Dunnellon, Silver Springs & Marion County. Our Ocala office is at 3860 NE 40th Pl, Ste F, Ocala, FL 34479.
Which brands do you install and service?
We install Trane and Daikin, as a Trane Comfort Specialist and a Daikin Comfort Pro. We service all major brands, including Carrier, Lennox, Rheem, Goodman, Amana, York, Bryant, American Standard, Ruud and Mitsubishi Electric.
Is financing available on a new system?
Yes. Complete systems can be financed at 0% for 12 months, and estimates on new systems are free. A new system installation also includes a free Wi-Fi thermostat, and a complete HVAC installation includes a free germicidal U.V. light.
